Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 3:00 pm on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Paul Joseph Frelich, Sr., 83, who passed away on Friday, September 17, 2021, at his residence surrounded by his family.The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm on Thursday.Brother Beau Courville will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Paul honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He was the owner of Paul's B.S. Bar in Breaux Bridge for many years. Paul was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved dancing and entertaining his family. Paul was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather, who will be remembered for his wonderful personality and how he truly loved and lived life to the fullest. He is survived by his wife, Linda Schexnider Frelich; sons, Douglas Frelich (Kitty), Zachary Latiolais (Dawn), Jacob Latiolais, Seth Latiolais, and Joseph "Blue” Dugas; daughters, Heidi Courville (Micky) and Angela Wiltz; grandchildren, Braydon Frelich, Christopher Frelich; two great grandchildren, Bryson Frelich, Brayden Frelich;brother, Donald Frelich (June); and his sisters, Margaret St. Marie (Eugene) and Peggy Johnson (Bucky).He was preceded in death by his parents, Edmond and Mildred Fayette Frelich; son, Paul J. Frelich, Jr.; and his former wife, Delores Frelich. Pallbearers will be Douglas Frelich, Zachary, Jacob and Seth Latiolais, William Johnson, and T-Don Frelich.
