Arnaudville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 pm, on Monday, July 22, 2013, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Agnes Guidry Guidroz, 70, who passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Sunday, and continue at 8:00 am until 1:30 pm on Monday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Sunday. Rev. Brian Taylor will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Gift Bearers will be Victoria LeMaire, Alyssa Guidroz, and Trista Guidroz. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Agnes was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved being surrounded by her children, her grandchildren, whom she adored more than life itself, and her close friends. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her son, Eddie Guidroz and wife, Tina, of Carencro; two daughters, Francine Guidroz and husband, Christopher, and Chantel LeMaire and husband, Shane, all Arnaudville; and seven grandchildren, Cory Francis LeMaire, Drake Anthony Guidroz, Victoria Shane LeMaire, Aaron Michael Guidroz, Trista Danielle Guidroz, Alyssa Theresa Guidroz, and Grant Michael Guidroz. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Francis Carroll Guidroz; her parents, Elmo and Alma Olivier Guidry; and her maternal grandparents, Pierre and Azelia Olivier. Pallbearers will be Christopher Guidroz, Aaron Guidroz, Drake Guidroz, Shane LeMaire, Cory Francis LeMaire, and Ernest Guidry. Honorary pallbearer will be Grant Guidroz.
