In loving memory of Albert "Sam" Jacquet, a remarkable individual whose life's journey began on November 3, 1930, in the vibrant town of Cade, LA. Albert's legacy is imprinted with his devotion to his family and his zest for life. A dedicated painter in the construction industry, Albert's skilled hands brought color and beauty to countless homes and buildings.
Albert's adventurous spirit was evident in his love for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors, as well as his passion for farming and cutting firewood. His interests were as diverse as his talents, enjoying moments watching his favorite shows, Law and Order and Family Feud, and embracing his affection for animals
Albert Jacquet's spirit, love, and memories will forever resonate within our hearts and minds. May his laughter, wisdom, and kindness be a beacon of light in our lives as we reminisce on the joy he brought to all who knew him. Rest in peace, dear Albert, as your legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known you.
He is survived by his son, Kenneth Jacquet; daughter, Mona Jacquet; brother, John (McArthur) Jacquet; grandchildren, Sharell Jacquet, Rickey Etienne, Jr., and Terrielle Jones; and his great-grandchildren, Melek Thomas, Aoki Etienne, and Jayce Etienne.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Florence Jacquet; parents, Martin and Beulah Sanders Jacquet; brothers, Gerald, Oscar, and Todd Jacquet; and his sisters, Melvola "Plum" Mitchell, Eula Hector, and Creola Raymond.
