Breaux Bridge - A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, August 7, 2007, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for Albert Joseph Richard, 82, who died on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at St. Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge. Fr. Allen Breaux, associate pastor of St. Bernard Church, will conduct the service. Mr. Richard is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Duplechin, of Bridge City, TX and Mildred Guidry and her husband, Earl P. Guidry, of Breaux Bridge. He was preceded in death by his parents, Christopher and Leone Guidry Richard; his wife, Elizabeth Meyers Richard; and a sister, Gladys Prejean. A gathering of family and friends will be held at the funeral home from 1 p.m. on Tuesday and continue until time of service. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
