Aline Angelle Breaux

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, March 12, 2009, in the Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel, for Aline Angelle Breaux, 91, who passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at St. Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 1 in Breaux Bridge. Father Louis Allen Breaux will conduct the funeral service. Mrs. Breaux loved horseback riding, sewing, and praying the rosary. Her greatest love was taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her son, C. Sonny Breaux and his wife, Elaine Hayes Breaux, of Breaux Bridge; a brother, Daniel "Blanc" Angelle, Jr. and his wife, Irene, of Lafayette; two grandchildren, Kim Breaux Landry and her husband, Ira, and Ryan Antoine Breaux and his wife, Kelly Bourque Breaux; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Sook" Breaux; her parents, Daniel and Theresa G. Angelle; two brothers, Clifton and Joseph Angelle; and three sisters, Vivian Angelle Simon, Lema Angelle Degeyter, and Bernice Angelle Fisette. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 1:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Wednesday and continue at 7 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Thursday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Pallbearers will be Sonny Breaux, Ryan Breaux, Ira Landry, Bryce Landry, Daniel Angelle, III, and Albert Simon. Honorary pallbearer will be Austin Paul Landry. The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Warren Degatur and his staff, and to the staff at St. Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge.
