Alton Guidry

Cecilia - Alton Guidry, 83, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012 , at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Alton enjoyed visiting with family and friends. He is survived by his daughter, Tina (Kenneth) Dauphine of Breaux Bridge; his brothers, Allen (Mary Ann) Guidry of Arnaudville, Harris Guidry of Arnaudville, Leland (Flo) Guidry of Arnaudville, Nolan Guidry of Cecilia, Newton Guidry of Arnaudville; his sisters, Ivy Carrier of Opelousas, and Bee Chambless of Florida; his grandson, John Dauphine of Arnaudville; and his granddaughter, Danielle Dauphine of Arnaudville He is preceded in death by his father, Orphe Guidry; mother, Bertha Duplechien Guidry; wife, Hazel Angelle Guidry; and his sisters, Paola Huval, and Bernice Arnaud.
