New Iberia - A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, September 19, 2016, from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia for Andrew Julius Migues, 63, who passed away on Friday, September 16, 2016 in New Iberia.
A rosary will be prayed at 6:00 PM Monday.
Interment will be at a later date.
A native and lifelong resident of New Iberia, Mr. Migues was born on January 9, 1953 and was a graduate of New Iberia Senior High. He was a retired bridge tender for the State of Louisiana and his hobbies included bowling and landscaping, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Crochet Migues of New Iberia; daughter, Amber Migues of New Iberia; son, Opie Patin Migues of New Iberia; sisters, Rita Lou Louviere and husband Wayne Louviere, Sr. of Delcambre, Pauline Migues of Kaplan, Katherine Migues of Kaplan, Gertrude Johnson and husband Steve of New Iberia, Wendy Segura of New Iberia; special friends, Sherry Prince of Lydia, Fay Hebert of Patoutville; and his beloved dog, Winston Paul.
He was preceded in death by parents, Curley Joseph Migues, and Mabel Melancon Migues.
