Arnaudville - A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at Pellerin Funeral Home in Arnaudville for Angel Ann Allemand, 52, who passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Arnaudville on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm.

Pastor Kevin Lalonde will officiate at the funeral service.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angel Ann Allemand, a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and friend. Born on January 11, 1973, in Opelousas, Louisiana, Angel's vibrant spirit and zest for life made a lasting impact on everyone she met.

Angel dedicated 16 years of her life to her passion as a milliner at Fleur de Paris in New Orleans, where her artistic and creative flair brought joy to countless clients. Her love for designing exquisite hats was just a reflection of her colorful personality-a free spirit with a firecracker enthusiasm for life, who celebrated her loved ones endlessly.

A lover of nature, Angel found solace in the beauty of the outdoors and cherished her time spent with animals. Whether it was exploring new destinations during her travels or celebrating the joys of life with her family and friends, her optimistic outlook inspired all who had the privilege of knowing her. Even in the face of life's challenges, Angel approached each day with hope and determination.

She is survived by her father, Antoine "Tony" Allemand; mother, Jennifer Rucker (Jeff); son, Alexander Delahoussaye; daughter, Julia Bethanna Cree (Joseph); sister, Carmelite Chaney (Troy); nieces, Jillian Olivier, Victoria Chaney and Julie Chaney; and a host of aunts and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her step-mother, Phyllis Rivette; maternal grandmother, Josephine Fruge'; and paternal grandparents, Raoul and Julia Olivier.
