Arnaudville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Anna Joyce Theriot Lanclos, 79, who passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019, at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 8:00 am until 2:30 pm on Wednesday.
A rosary will be prayed at 1:00 pm on Wednesday.
Rev. Travis Abadie will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be Hilary Guidry and Avlyn Latiolais. Gift Bearers will be Meredith Hebert and Claudia Latiolais.
Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville.
Anna Joyce enjoyed watching the soap operas, spending time outdoors working in her flower beds, and sewing and crocheting for her children. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her daughters, Sheila Hebert and husband Robert of Cecilia, Bonnie Lanclos of Cecilia, and Loyce Guidry and husband Carl of Arnaudville; grandchildren, Kristin R. Hebert and spouse Abby of Arnaudville, Brandon Hebert and spouse Danielle of Lafayette, Heather H. Latiolais and spouse Murphy of Cecilia, and Hilary Guidry of Arnaudville; and great grandchildren, Braxton Hebert, Meredith Hebert, Avlyn Latiolais, and Claudia Latiolais.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 16 years and father to her children, James Lanclos; 2nd husband, Harris Martin; father, Helaire Theriot; mother, Odelie Chautin Theriot; brothers, Emery Theriot and John Stonie Theriot; and a grandchild, Seth Guidry.
Pallbearers will be Robert Hebert, Brandon J. Hebert, Carl Guidry, Murphy Latiolais, Kristin R. Hebert, and Braxton J. Hebert.
Family would like to give special thanks to Heda Kidder and the staff and aides at J. Michael Memorial Nursing Home for their love and care towards Mrs. Anna Joyce and her family.
