Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 9, 2018, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Anne Marie Tauzin, 53, who passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018, at Lafayette General Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 12:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Thursday and continue on Friday at 7:00 am until 11:00 am. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Thursday. Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Mrs. Anne enjoyed going to the casino, attending garage sales, and going on vacations. She cherished moments spent with her family and friends, especially her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband, David Tauzin of Breaux Bridge; sons, Eric Tauzin of Cecilia and Jacob Tauzin of Breaux Bridge; daughter, Kodi Tauzin of Breaux Bridge; grandchildren, Tucker Tauzin, Kasia Tauzin, and Kaiden Tauzin; mother, Gloria Broussard Brasseaux of Breaux Bridge; brothers, David Brasseaux and wife Gail of Breaux Bridge, Jerry Brasseaux and wife Jan of Breaux Bridge, Larry Brasseaux and wife "Viv" of Cecilia, Mike Brasseaux and wife Judy of Carrollton, Virginia, and John Brasseaux of St. Martinville; and her sister, Patricia Hebert and husband Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert of Parks. She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Brasseaux; and a son, Drew Tauzin. Pallbearers will be Eric Tauzin, Jacob Tauzin, David Brasseaux, Mike Brasseaux, Wayne Pesson, and Tony Pesson.
