Annette Blanchard Huval

Catahoula - A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 9, 2022, at St. Rita Catholic Church for Annette Blanchard Huval, 64, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at Iberia Medical Center.

A visitation will take place at St. Rita Catholic Church on Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

A rosary will be prayed at 10:00 AM on Friday.

Rev. Bill Melancon will officiate the memorial service. Readers will be Patsy Blanchard and Chelsie Huval.

Interment will follow at a later date.

Annette Blanchard Huval was born November 13, 1958, in Breaux Bridge. She enjoyed being outdoors and fishing. She was talented and creative and loved crafting, doodling, and painting. Annette cherished her time with her family, and she will be missed deeply.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Timothy Huval; children, Timmy Huval (Shannon), Nickie Scheiern (Tim) and Trevor Huval (Chelsie); grandchildren, Drew Huval, Austin Huval, Aleccia Huval, Ashlyn Scheiern, and Nora Huval; great-grandchildren, Brynn Boudreaux, Briar Boudreaux, Bree Boudreaux, Dre Huval, and Kaizyn Huval; and her siblings, Marshall Blanchard (Patsy), Allen Blanchard, Carol Blanchard (Mary), Lillian Suire (Wilton,) and Evelyn Barras (James).

She is preceded in death by her parents, Olden and Bernice Latiolais Blanchard.
