Annette Durand

St. Martinville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, May 13, 2010, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville, for Annette Gauthier Durand, 89, who passed away at 1:00 a.m., on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at St. Martin Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville. She is survived by three sons, Allan Durand and his wife, Doreen, and Richard Durand and his wife, Suzanne, all of St. Martinville, and David Durand and his wife, Connie, of Tulsa, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, Lawrence Gauthier of St. Martinville; and four sisters, Inez Gauthier, Isabelle G. Pointer, and Therese G. Delcambre, all of St. Martinville, and Gertrude G. Bienvenu of Lafayette. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anatole C. and Agnes Rousseau Gauthier; two brothers, Nat Gauthier and Denis Gauthier; and one sister, Marie Louise G. White. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 13, 2010.
