Annie Blanco Broussard

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 16, 2006, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Annie Blanco Broussard, 90, who died Saturday, October 14, 2006 at St. Agnes Healthcare and Rehab in Breaux Bridge. Interment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include her sons, Dorsey Joseph Broussard, Jr. and his wife, Nancy, and Albert Francis Broussard and his wife Nikki all of Lafayette, Gerald Broussard and his wife, Peggy of Breaux Bridge and S. Paul Broussard and his wife Maria of Hendersonville, TN; and 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Frances Dupre' Blanco and her husband, Dorsey Joseph Broussard, Sr.; her brothers, Howard, Stanley, Horrace and Albert Blanco; her sisters, Lucy Blanco, Lulla Mae Doucet and Nein Arcemont and one grandchild, Andy Broussard. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7:30 am Monday, October 16, 2006 until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 9:00 am Monday. Pallbearers will be her four sons, Dorsey, Albert, Gerald and Paul Broussard and two grandsons, Jeremy and Chance Broussard. Honorary pallbearer will be Gage Broussard. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
