VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Cecilia - Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Antoine Latiolais, 69, who passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at Lafayette General Medical Center. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Father Michael Delcambre will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures will be read by Alexis Robin, Kayla Richard, and Gail Pontiff. Gift Bearers will be Brenda Latiolais and Joy Lormand. Antoine enjoyed hunting and visiting with his family and friends, but he most especially loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Janella D. Latiolais, of Cecilia; two sons, Craig Latiolais and his wife, Brenda, of Cecilia, and Tanny Latiolais and his companion, Karen, of Henderson; one daughter, Joy Lormand and her husband, Kim, of Cecilia; one brother, Leroy Latiolais and his wife, Cynthia, of Cecilia; two sisters, Linda Stelly, of Lafayette, and Teri Lavergne and her husband, Kenneth, of Cecilia; three grandchildren, Derek Latiolais, Cody Lormand, and Kayla Richard; two great grandchildren, Madison and Myah Richard; two step grandchildren, Dylan Knott and Alexis Robin; and two step great grandchildren, Bailey Kidder and Sedaka Robin, II. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carrie and Elodie Huval Latiolais. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2 p.m. until 11 p.m. on Tuesday and continue at 7 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday evening. Pallbearers will be Tanny Latiolais, Craig Latiolais, Kim Lormand, Kenneth Lavergne, Leroy Latiolais, and Derrick Latiolais. Honorary Pallbearer will be Jacob Lavergne. Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia is in charge of arrangements.
