Barbara Bobbie Broussard Segura

New Iberia Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, November 21, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Barbara Bobbie Segura, 81, who died on Thursday, November 20, 2014 in New Iberia. Interment will follow in the Indian Bayou Cemetery, in India Bayou. Deacon James Davis will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, in New Iberia. Mrs. Segura was born on July 25, 1933 in Abbeville and was a longtime resident of New Iberia. An avid antique jukebox collector, she worked for Iberia Office Supply for 30 years, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include her husband, Alexis W. Chief Segura of New Iberia; and a half-sister, Judy LeBlanc of Gueydan. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Broussard; mother, Lottie Hoffpauir Oakes; sisters, Maxine B.
