Beatrice 'Bea' Latiolais

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, on Saturday, May 28, 2016, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Beatrice "Bea" Latiolais, 86, who passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Friday, and continue on Saturday at 8:00 am until 10:30 am. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Friday. Rev. David Broussard will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Bea was a devout Catholic, who enjoyed praying the rosary every week with her rosary group. She loved to dance and spend time with all of her family and friends, especially her great-great nephews, Trent and Brennan. Bea will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her loving spouse of 66 years, Berlie Latiolais; her son, Thomas "Tommy" Latiolais; her brother, Harold "Tin" Patin and wife Shirley; sisters-in-law, Gerdie Angelle, Lona Guidry and husband Ames, and Shirley Ann Lafleur and husband John; her great niece, Sheree Ann Blanchard; and a host of great and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarf and Celeman Breaux Patin; her brothers, James, Albin, Wilson "Doc" and Bob Patin; and her niece, Sharon Blanchard.
