VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE Henderson - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, January 16, 2010, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson, for Bernice Stelly Patin, 75, who passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Lafayette General Medical Center. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson. Mrs. Patin was an avid card player and enjoyed playing cards with her friends. Survivors include her sons, Russell Patin, Jr. and his wife, Hortensia and Gillray Patin and his wife, Sherry all of Henderson; her daughter, Cheryl Magee and her husband, Albert of Carencro; her brother, Frederic Stelly of Henderson; her sister, Mary Alice Guidry of Nina; her grandchildren, Miles Dore, Carisse Payne, Kiley Pellerin, Joanie Girouard, Bronson Girouard and Misty Eaton; her step-grandchildren, Jonah, Josh, John, Ashley and Kevin; her great-grandchildren, Caleb, Courtney, Devin, Rob, Brayden, Taylor, Austin and Brennan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Patin, Sr. and her parents, Freddy and Agnus Guilbeau Stelly. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Friday and continue at 7 a.m. until 9:30 am Saturday. A rosary will be recited at time 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Henderson is in charge of arrangements.
