Bertha Granger Guidry

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 14, 2005, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Bertha Granger Guidry, 90, who died Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at Meadow Brook in Lafayette. Entombment will be in St. Bernard Mausoleum No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include her son, Earl G. Guidry and his wife Erline of Lafayette; her daughters, Betty G. Angelle and her husband, Larry J. of Lafayette and Patricia ""Pat"" G. Leger and her husband, A.J. of Beaumont, TX; her brothers, Harold Granger of Catahoula and Paul L. Granger of Lafayette; thirteen grandchildren, Lisa Perry and her husband, Duane of Lafayette, Debbie Neisinger and her husband, Wes of Conroe, TX, Linda Landry and her husband, Kevin of Lafayette, Mark Guidry, Robbie Guidry, Connie Guidry, Gina Trahan and her husband, Jean, Rocks Ann Searcy and her husband, Dr. Stephen, all of Lafayette, Lorie J. Angelle, Jr. of Panama City, FL, Tricia Trosclair and her husband, Toby of Breaux Bridge, Rhonda Crabtree and her husband, Guy of Beaumont, TX, Angie LaBiche and her husband Dohn of Beaumont, TX, and Jodie Rutledge and her husband, John of Sarasota, FL; and nineteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleven Guidry; her parents, Louis and Elba LeBlanc Granger; her brother, Percy Granger; and her sisters, Hazel Judice and Francis Breaux. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 12 Noon ~ 10 PM on Thursday and continue 8 AM on Friday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
