Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesay, June 18, 2008, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Betty Hebert Latiolais, 76, who passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at Louisiana Extended Care Hospital in Lafayette. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Fr. Louis Allen Breaux, Associate Pastor of St. Bernard Church, will conduct the funeral service. Mrs. Latiolais had many passions, she loved sewing, crocheting, needlepoint work, word search puzzles, cooking and working in her flowerbeds. She will be dearly missed by her family, relatives and friends. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Latiolais, of Breaux Bridge; four daughters, Sharon L. McFaul and her husband, Steve, Tina Latiolais, Lisa L. Miller and her husband, Jackie, all of Breaux Bridge, and Sharla S. Cope, of Houston, TX three sons, Emmette "Peanut" Latiolais, Dean Latiolais, both of Breaux Bridge, and Cecil Sistrunk and his wife, Sharron, of Kaplan; one brother, E. J. Hebert, of Gray, LA; three sisters, Vernice Boudreaux, of Franklin, Amy Crochet, of Lydia, and Dianne Rosemond, of Jeanerette; nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marguerite and Edwin Hebert, Sr.; a daughter, Darnell Sistrunk; one brother, Roy Hebert; and a granddaughter, Nicole Marie Miller. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 4:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Tuesday and continue at 8 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Pallbearers will be Peanut Latiolais, Dean Latiolais, Steve McFaul, Jackie Miller, Brian Theriot, and Casey Cope. Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon Bouley, James "Jake" McFaul, and Teddy Miller. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
