Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Beverly D. Albert, 67 Years, who passed away on Monday, October 5, at Lafayette General Medical Center.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 and continue on Thursday at 8:00 am until 10:30 am.
A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Wednesday.
Father Garret McIntyre will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum - No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.
Beverly lived a fulfilling life enjoying the simple things this beautiful world has to offer. On any given day, you could find her enjoying a cold beer on her back patio, her favorite place on earth, with her favorite people, her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Charles "Charlie" Albert; sons, Gabe (Danielle) Cormier and Brian (Michelle) Albert; daughters, Lyndi (Eddie) Langlinais, Jenny Albert and Dawn (Daniel) Granger; mother, Rosa Mae Devillier; brother, Richard (Lisa) Devillier; sisters, Linda (Alvin) Guidroz and Nelda (Johnny) Trosclair; grandchildren, Jeric Langlinais, Delanie (Tren) Delcambre, Corey (Meghan) Albert, Tiffany Adams, Hunter Albert, Karson Albert, Blake Boatwright, Landon Boatwright, Dru Cormier, Ty Cormier and Claire Cormier; 8 great-grandchildren; and her best friend, Missy Boone.
She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Devillier.
Pallbearers will be Gabe Cormier, Richard Devillier, Jeric Langlinais, Karson Albert, Blake Boatwright and Mayo Baker.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Brian Albert.
