Bibienne Fuselier

St. Martinville - Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm, Tuesday, March 13, 2007, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Bibienne "Bib" Fuselier, 92, who died Friday, March 9, 2007 at St. Martinville Rehab and Nursing Home in St. Martinville. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville. Mrs. Fuselier was a member of the Catholic Daughters, St. Martin Parish Home Demonstration Group and The Thursday Morning Rosary Group. She enjoyed painting, reading, traveling and going to the casino. Survivors include her sons, Carroll Fuselier, Jr. and his wife, Olga of Alexandria and Murray Fuselier and his wife, Carolyn of St. Martinville; her daughter-in-law, Lena Fuselier of St. Martinville; her brothers, Harris Champagne of St. Martinville and Roy Champagne of Miami, FL; 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Fuselier, Sr.; her parents, Arcade and Laura Caillier Champagne; her son, Warren Fuselier; and her sister, Lou Thevenet. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:30 am ~ 9:00 pm, Monday, March 12, 2007 and continue at 8:00 am Tuesday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm Monday. Pallbearers will be Craig Fuselier, Eric Fuselier, Michael Fuselier, Scott Fuselier, Benny Hulin, and Mark Poch. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Poch, Johnathan Fueslier, Brock Hulin, Cody Hulin, Logan Hulin, Adam Mathews, Nicholas Mathews, Christopher Fuselier, William Fuselier, Trae Ford, Cole Fuselier, and Kenneth Price, III. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Acadiana, 2600 Johnston St., Suite 200, Lafayette, LA 70503. Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville is in charge of arrangements.
