Billy Delhomme

Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, on Monday, December 17, 2012, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for Billy Delhomme, 65, who passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2012, at Lafayette General Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Sunday and continue at 8:00 am until 12:45 pm on Monday. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 pm on Sunday by Deacon Marcel 'Butch' Hebert. Rev. Allen Breaux will officiate at the funeral service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 1 in Breaux Bridge. Billy was retired with the Army National Guard of Louisiana and was a veteran of Desert Storm. He was an avid horseman. He enjoyed going to his favorite getaway in Ruidoso, New Mexico. He is survived by his daughter, Dawn Hebert; two brothers, Jack Dale Delhomme and his wife, Elaine, and Bobby Judice; his sister, Magaret Courville; and two nephews, Chance and Casey Delhomme. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jacques and Marie Louise LaLande Delhomme. Pallbearers will be Jerry Delhomme, Lennet Guidry, Chance Delhomme, Casey Delhomme, Carl Wininger, and Donald Tauzin. Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Robin, Perry Patin, and The Supper Club.
