Billye Ann Belden

New Iberia - Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia for Billye Ann Robertson Belden, 71, who passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, in Lafayette. Interment will be at a later date. Rev. Keith Landry will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A rosary, led by the Men's Rosary Group, will be prayed at 11:00 am Saturday A native of Graham, Texas and a longtime resident of New Iberia, Ms.Belden was born on May 3, 1946 to the late G.W. and Blanche Deboule Robertson. Her hobbies included reading, writing, keeping up with friends on Face Book, watching tv, and enjoying the local cuisine. Survivors include her daughters, Tiffany Belden of St. Martinville, Janna LeBlanc and husband Lance of New Iberia; son, Robert Jay Belden and wife Chanda of Williston, ND; sisters, Carol Everette of Austin, TX, Wynell Blaine of Graham, TX; grandchildren, Kelsey Belden, Casey Belden, Rachel Belden, Trenten Belden, Justin Hobbs, Chelsea Hobbs, Matthew LeBlanc; and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Chloe Belden.
