New Iberia - A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am, on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Bonnie Sue Menard Robinson, 53, who passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 3:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Tuesday, and continue on Wednesday at 8:00 am until 11:00 am. Pastor Ron Perkins will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in New Iberia. Mrs. Bonnie enjoyed deer hunting, cooking, baking, arts and crafts flowers, and cherished moments spent with her grandchildren. During her free time, she cherished moments spent with her children and fur babies. She is survived by her loving spouse of 37 years, Ronald Robinson; daughter, Christine Robinson Boutin and boyfriend Nicholas Guidry of New Iberia; son, Ronald "Ronnie" Robinson, Jr. and wife Brittany of Youngsville; mother, Gloria Mae Lange Menard of New Iberia; brother, David "Monkey" Menard of New Iberia; sisters, Deanna Romero, Judy Romero and husband Ronald, Beverly Anson and husband Robert, Brenda Menard all of New Iberia; grandchildren, Gage Boutin, Evan Boutin, Railey Robinson, and Remy Robinson. She was preceded in death by her father, Syprine Menard; mother in law, Hattie Goodwin; grandchild, Kali Isabele Robinson; nephews, Louis "Boo" Romero and Dwayne Anthony Menard. Pallbearers will be Ronald "Ronnie" Robinson Jr., Jed Meche, Gage Boutin, Nicholas Guidry, Shane Anson, and Evan Boutin. Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Laprairie, Tommy Kilpatrick, Roy Robinson, Alfred Gunn, David "Monkey" Menard, and Randall Boutin II.
