Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, on Sunday, November 22, 2015, at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge in Breaux Bridge, for Bonnie Rivette Stelly, 58, who passed away on Friday, November 20, 2015, in Lafayette. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm on Sunday. A rosary will be prayed at 2:00 pm on Sunday. Deacon Ken Soignier will conduct the Funeral Service. Entombment will follow at a later date at St. Leo the Great Cemetery in Leonville. Bonnie enjoyed reading, cross-word puzzles and crafts, but most of her enjoyment came from spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was known and loved by many for her heart of gold, happy spirit and the hospitality she provided towards everyone; if you came to visit, she treated you as though you were one of her own. She is survived by her son, Chad Stelly and wife Brittany of Rayne, LA; daughter, Kaili Richard and husband Jordan of Carencro; sister, Patricia Guillory of Lake Charles; Grandchildren, Sayge Stelly, Ailah Stelly, Grasyn Stelly, Kaidan Richard and Kye Richard. She was preceded in death by mother, Maude Rivette, father, Antoine "Blue" Rivette, sister, Gail Fonenot and brother, Michael Rivette. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Chad Stelly or Kaili Richard to help defray the cost of funeral expenses.
