New Iberia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in New Iberia for Brady Joseph Saintes, 29, who passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021, in Lafayette. Rev. Paul Bienvenu will be the Celebrant. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in New Iberia. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Pellerin Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Tuesday, and continue on Wednesday at 9:00 am until 12:30 pm. A rosary, led by the Men's Rosary Group, will be prayed at 6:30 pm on Tuesday.Brady Joseph Saintes was born in New Iberia, Louisiana on May 25, 1992, and worked as a before school and after care employee of Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy in Youngsville. He also served at St. Alphonse Catholic Church in Maurice. Brady was a beautiful and vibrant soul. His infectious personality made everyone around him smile and feel at home. He lit up a room when he walked in. With his big heart, Brady would give the shirt off his back to his family and friends if they needed it. He gave his all to the kids he worked and ministered with. There are many lives that have been changed because they were touched by Brady’s light. He will be deeply missed.Brady is survived by his mother, Cynthia "Cindy" Saintes of New Iberia; father, Mark Saintes of New Iberia; a sister, Halee Saintes of Nashville; a brother, Brandon Saintes (Ashley) of New Iberia; maternal grandmother, Verly Duplantis of New Iberia; three uncles, Cory Hebert (Denise) of New Iberia, Keith Hebert of New Iberia, and Todd Hebert of Tuscaloosa, AL; an aunt, Dianne Saintes Broussard (Ronald) of New Iberia; a nephew, Jameson Saintes of New Iberia; his beloved black lab, Stella Belle; and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Stanley Hebert, Jr.; paternal grandparents, Harold and Minnie Gertrude Saintes; and two uncles, Ryan Walker, Harold Benny Saintes; .
