Branson Michael Taylor

Cecilia - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, on Thursday, April 2, 2015, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Branson Michael Taylor, 7, who died on Monday, March 30, 2015. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Wednesday, and continue on Thursday at 7:00 am until 10:45 am, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia. A rosary will be prayed on Wednesday evening. Rev. Michael Delcambre will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Branson Michael Taylor was a 1st grader at Grand Coteau Elementary School. He loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, riding the 4-wheeler, and going to the Splash Pad. He was especially proud of being a big brother. Branson is survived by his father, Joshua James Rogers; sister, Rayla Trimm; paternal grandparents, Georgia and David Hebert of Kaplan, and Gladys and Lester Taylor of Arnaudville; maternal grandparents, Paula and Robert C. Fruge of Arnaudville; great grandfather Gaulman Harrington, Sr.; his aunt, Pam Broussard of Sulphur; paternal uncles and aunts, Kevin and Rachel Taylor, Joseph and Abbie Taylor, Shebba Taylor and companion, Davelyn Robin, Kayjun Robin, Bridget and Nolan Robin, and Nancy and Chris Forbes; great aunts, Ellitte Harrington of Abbeville and Myine Derouen and companion, Soupy LeBlanc of Arnaudville; and great uncles, Jacob and Lisa Harrington of Gueydan, Don Ray Harrington of Kaplan, and Louis and Amiee Harrington of Maurice.
