Brenda Ann Angelle

February 13, 1962 — February 4, 2024

Breaux Bridge - Services will be held at a later date for Brenda Ann Angelle, 61, passed away on February 6, 2024.

We are horribly saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Brenda Angelle, 61, a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, who left us on February 3rd, 2024, in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. She was born on February 13, 1962, in Cecilia, Louisiana to her loving parents, Louis T. and Odita Hebert Angelle who have since preceded her in death. Brenda's sudden departure has left her family and friends devastated and heartbroken and has left an indelible void in the hearts of those who knew and cherished her.

Brenda was known for her kind heart and gentle spirit. Her love for animals was evident to all who knew her; she had a special way with them that brought comfort and joy to both their lives and hers. Whether it was caring for stray cats or gathering fresh eggs from her chickens, Brenda had an unwavering love for the country life and its simple pleasures. She was always outdoors, barefoot, enjoying nature. Brenda's kindness extended beyond her furry friends; she was always willing to lend a helping hand. Her nephews Randy Landry, Christopher Landry, and Johnny Reyes and niece Nikki Angelle Buteau will forever cherish the memories they shared with their dear aunt. Brenda enjoyed watching TV and was a devoted Breaux Bridge Tigers fan, wearing her Breaux Bridge Tigers t-shirts every chance she got. Brenda's warm smile and caring nature touched the lives of many.

Brenda was surrounded by love her entire life. Unable to care for herself, her loving parents cared for her and when no longer able to, Marie Vernice Angelle, her loving sister cared for her, until her untimely death. Brenda was then taken in and lovingly cared for by her nephew, Christopher Landry, until her untimely demise.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, her sister, her brother Leroy Angelle, and her nephew, Brian Landry. Now that Brenda has passed into the arms of our Lord, we should remind ourselves that while this is the end of Brenda's physical life on Earth, it's the beginning of an eternal and beautiful journey for her. Brenda joins her parents, siblings, and nephew in Heaven. Her loss was completely unexpected and the family is shocked and deeply saddened. A private memorial will be held at a later date for friends and family. The family wishes to thank the community for their outreach and support.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that you consider making a donation to the St. Martin Parish Animal Shelter, 1004 Industrial Park Rd., St. Martinville, LA 70582 337-394-1220.

Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
