Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 1, 2013, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Brenda Gail Marie Meche, 63, who passed away on March 29, 2013. ; ; The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 31, 2013 and continue on Monday at 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Pellerin Funeral Home in Arnaudville. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. Fr. Keenan Brown will officiate the services. Reading the scriptures an d serving as gift bearers will be Chrisie Guidry and Barbara Latiolais. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Brenda retired from Womens & Childrens Hospital as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She enjoyed reading, cooking, spending time with her family and friends, but most of all she enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren. ; ; Survivors include her husband, Dennis Dupuis of Duson; her children, Annette M. Kidder and her husband, Phillip of Arnaudville, Blaine J. Guidry of Broussard, Jason A. Guidry of Arnaudville, LT. Aristile S. Guidry and his wife, Chrsie of Annapolis, Maryland, Shantel L. Guidry of Duson, Keisha M. Corley and her husband, Edgar of Hubert, North Carolina, Kiley G. Alex and her husband, Terrance of Duson; her brother, Jeffery Meche of Lafayette; her sister, Melenda Hunger and her husband, Robert of Kenner, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kidder, Mason Kidder, Hunter Kidder, Hannah Theriot, Hagen Guidry, Cayce Guidry, Kayla Guidry, Tyler Corley and Tristan Corley; and her godchildren, Rudy Meche and Deja Er. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Meche and Bernice Robin Meche; and her beloved brother, Rudy Meche. ; ; Pallbearers will be Rudy Meche, Terrance Alex, Edgar Corley, David Hunger, Joel Ramirez and Utka Er. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
