Carl Joseph Chesson

Henderson - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, March 6, 2006, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Henderson for Carl Joseph Chesson, 45, who died Thursday, March 2, 2006 at Univeristy Medical Center in Lafayette. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson. Carl was an avid LSU Fan. Survivors include his wife, Alecia Huval Chesson of Nina; his daughter, Candice Chesson; his sons, Ace Chesson and Abel Chesson, all of Nina; his sisters, Judy Duplantis of Breaux Bridge, Gwin Streeter of Waco, TX, Linda Adams of Berwick, Lydia Sonnier of Lafayette, and Trudy Eskew of Waco, TX; and he was also the proud grandfather of his 14 month old granddaughter, Heather Broussard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Ben ""J.B."" Chesson and Thelma Brasseaux Chesson; and his nephew, Jeramy Chesson Duplantis. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 4:00 p.m. on Sunday and continue until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday evening. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Pellerin Funeral Home (337)332-2111 to defray funeral expenses. Pellerin Funeral Home of Henderson is in charge of arrangements.
