Carleigh Leona Gregoire

St. Martinville - A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30 pm, Friday, November 18, 2022 at Queen of Peace Cemetery for Carleigh Leona Gregoire, who passed away at Women's and Children's Hospital on Saturday, November 12, 2022.

Zechariah Moore will officiate at the graveside.

She is survived by her parents, Cardell and Ashley Collins Gregoire; siblings, Makayli Green, Makenzi Green, Dillon Cormier,  Kayden Gregoire, Jayla Gregoire, Carson Gregoire, Caleb Gregoire, and Matison Gregoire; maternal grandmother, Patricia (Darren) Martinez; and her godparents, Kimberly Hall, Perilyn Gregoire, Zachariah Moore, and Michael Spencer.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Joseph Collins, Sr.; and paternal grandparents, Perry Polk, Sr. and Leona Gregoire.

Her father, Cardell Gregoire, will serve as pallbearer. 

The family the like to thank the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Women's and Children's Hospital for their help and compassion during this difficult time, especially nurse Cassandra.  In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Maddie's Footprints,234 Rue Beauregard, Lafayette, LA 70508
