New Iberia - Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM , Thursday, January 19, 2012 , at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Carlton Jude Rebert, Sr., 58, who passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 in New Iberia . Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery , in Coteau Holmes. A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd , in New Iberia .. Visitation will continue Thursday from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM . Born on May 11, 1953 in Loreauville, Mr. Rebert was a miner, having worked 17 years for Morton Salt. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Helen Landry Rebert of New Iberia ; sons, Carlton Rebert, Jr. and wife Ramona of Justin, Texas, Tommy Rebert and wife Shana of Coteau Holmes, Tracy Rebert and wife Monique of Coteau Holmes, Moses Rebert and wife Nicole of New Iberia, Robert Rebert of Carencro, Chad Rebert and wife Amanda of New Iberia; daughters, Terri Rebert and fianc Landen Miller of New Iberia, Angel Rodriguez and husband Jose of Loreauville, Misty Rebert of New Iberia; sister, Maxine Burch and husband Harris of Coteau Holmes; 16 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmo and Enola Courville Rebert; brothers, Herman Rebert, Steve Rebert, George Rebert; sisters, Barbara Berthlot, and Joyrita Owens. Pallbearers will be Carlton Rebert, Jr., Tommy Rebert, Tracy Rebert, Moses Rebert, Robert Rebert, and Chad Rebert. Honorary pallbearers include Jose Rodriguez, Landen Miller, Tommy Rebert, Jr., Rian Rebert, and Luke Owens, Jr..
