Henderson - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 pm on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, for Carol Jean LeBlanc, 66, who passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at his residence. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Henderson. Fr. Garrett Savoie will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scripture readings will be read by Carisse Payne, Kiley Pellerin, and Misty Eaton. Gift bearers will be Grant, Harrison, Reagan Suire, and Tonya LeBlanc. Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Henderson. Carol was employed by Xerox as a Postal Clerk at Lafayette General Medical Center for over 15 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, going to the casino, working in his yard, socializing, dancing, and working with electronics. He absolutely loved the Mardi Gras season and all the beautiful colors and its pageantry. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving partner, Wilson Suire of Lafayette; his mother, Lorraine LeBlanc; his brother, Gerald LeBlanc and wife Nellie of Cecilia; his sister, Sherry Patin and husband Gillray of Central; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jean Harris LeBlanc; his paternal grandparents, Preston and Anna LeBlanc; his maternal grandfather, Tony Robin, Sr., maternal grandmother Bridgett Noel, his maternal step grandmother, Viola Robin Thibodaux. Pallbearers will be Jay Suire, Gillray Patin, Maurice LeBlanc, Gerald LeBlanc, Neil Leblanc, and Lance LeBlanc. Honorary pallbearer will be Wilson Suire.
