Breaux Bridge - Memorial Services will be held at 7:00 pm, on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge, for Carolyn Ann Hebert, 56, who passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at her residence. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 4:30 pm until 7:00 pm on Thursday. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 pm on Thursday. Deacon Ken Soignier will officiate at the Memorial Service. Carolyn was employed with the Sheriffs Department and Home Health as an LPN. She was involved with Girls and Boys Scouts, T-Ball and enjoyed reading and cooking. She is survived by her husband, James "Jimmy" Hebert of Breaux Bridge; her daughter, Ria H. (Bryan) Poirier of Parks; her brothers, Adley (Melinda) Cormier of Lake Charles and Gary James Cormier of Breaux Bridge; her grandchild, Seth M. Poirier; and her beloved dog, Snow. She is preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Cormier; her mother, Lula Cormier; her paternal grandfather, Stanley Cormier; paternal grandmother, Eunice Cormier; maternal grandfather, Lionel Trosclair; and her maternal grandmother, Vicala Champagne.
