Carroll James Demouchet

Arnaudville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Carroll James Demouchet, 61, who passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7:00 am until 10:30 am on Saturday. Rev. Travis Abadie will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Carroll was born May 24, 1959 in Lafayette. He loved watching all sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys and LSU Tigers. Carroll enjoyed visiting and spending time with his three nephews, Jorel Provost, Kyle and Kory Dartez. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his mother, Josephine Demouchet; wife, Machell Bush Demouchet; four daughters, La'Toya (Kenneth) Demouchet-Palmer, Dominque (Jarvis Scott) Demouchet, Keidra (Christopher Williams) Demouchet and Breanna Demouchet; sister, Joanna (Joseph) Provost; brother, Leroy Demouchet; and seven grandchildren, Jayden Demouchet, Kameron Palmer, Jarvis Scott, Keshaun Palmer, Keivon Palmer, Jardyn Scott and Cali Rae Williams. He was preceded in death by his father, Horace Demouchet; sister, Suzanne Dartez; brother, Allen Demouchet; grandchild, Christopher Williams, Jr.; and two nephews, Jason Provost and Jeremy Provost.
