Casey Gondran

New Iberia - Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Casey Gondran, 31, who passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, in St. Mary Parish. Interment will follow at Beau Pre Cemetery in Jeanerette. Pastor Chris Boatman will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia. Visitation will continue on Saturday from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM Avid duck hunter, Casey was born on March 1, 1983 in New Iberia, and spent most of his childhood duck hunting, frogging, riding four wheelers, and spending time at the camp with his Dad, Mom, and Brother. He also enjoyed fishing, going to the woods, and playing video games. Casey supported mission projects throughtout the world through his Dad's ministry. He loved listening to all types of music, watching old classic war movies, laughing, spending time with his family, having fun with his friends. Quick witted and tendered hearted, Casey was very blessed with good friends from his childhood. He also enjoyed working with his little brother on fabrication projects and trucks. Most of all, Casey loved spending time with his wife Annie. He is survived by his wife, Annie Gondran; mother, Sherena Gondran of New Iberia; brother, Calen Gondran and wife Erica Roy Gondran of Saint Martinville, grandfather, Bennie Boatman of Lubbock, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Pastor Mark Gondran; grandmothers, Bettie Holden Olliff and Goldie Romero Gondran, grandfather, Herbert Gondran, and step grandfather, William Boyd Olliff. Pallbearers will be Tony Boatman, Marty Boatman, Brandon Colson, Joshua Mullins, Stefan Bouton, and Dustin Boatman.
