New Iberia - A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday, March 1, 2008 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia for Catherine Katie Lolan, 81, who passed away on Friday, February 27, 2009, in New Iberia. ; Entombment will follow in Holy Family Mausoleum. ; Born on September 13, 1927, Mrs. Lolan was co-owner of Davis Paint Store in New Iberia. She enjoyed reading, needle work and being a grandmother. ; Survivors include her husband, James E. Jimmy Lolan of New Iberia; sons, Wayne E. Lolan and wife Pamela of New Orleans, Samuel R. Lolan and wife Linda of New Iberia, Ralph D. Lolan of New Iberia; daughter, Deborah K. Lolan of New Iberia; brother, Murell Jackson of Deville, LA.; sisters, Donaldean Schwartz of Washington, Iowa, Helen Breakfield of Deville, LA; grandchildren, Adrianne Lolan, Caleb Lolan, Austin Lolan, and Andre Lolan. ; She was preceded in death by her parents, Hosea and Nellie Duke Jackson; a sister, Harriet Mildred McNeil. ; Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or the American Cancer Society, 1604 W.
