Celestine Guidry Knott

Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16, 2005, at St. Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Celestine Guidry Knott, 58, who died Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at J. Michael Morrow Nursing Home in Arnaudville. Interment will be in St. Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Survivors include her mother, Thelma Guidry of Port Barre; her son, Daniel S. Knott, and his fianc? Suzanne of Arnaudville; her daughter, Stephanie L. Knott, and her friend, Teresa Frederick of Fayetteville, Arkansas; her brother, Albert Guidry, Jr. of MS; her sisters, Judy Guidry, Alice Guidry, both of Port Barre, Lourie Guidry of Lawtell, Kathleen Guidry of Baton Rouge, and Kathy Ann Guidry of Opelousas; and two grandchildren, Derrick Shane Knott and Elizabeth Nicole Galvan. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Guidry, Sr.; and her brother, Boisy Guidry. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 4:00 p.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Thursday and continue at 7:00 a.m. on Friday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
