Chad Anthony Flores

Coteau - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Coteau, for Chad Anthony Flores, 46, who passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018, in Lafayette. Interment will be at a later date in the church cemetery.. Rev. Brian Harrington will be the Celebrant. A gathering of family and friends will be at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia from 9:00 am until 12:15 pm on Tuesday. A lifelong area resident, Chad Anthony Flores was born on February 21, 1972 to Jeffery Flores and the late Shirlene Monceaux Flores. A graduate of New Iberia Senior High, he worked as a Crane Operator most of his life. He enjoyed drawing/art and fishing, but his passion was playing guitar and singing. He will be deeply missed. Chad is survived by his father, Jeffery Flores of Coteau; sons, Lance Flores and Jonathan Flores of New Iberia; sister, Dodie Nugent and husband Tim of Coteau; and fiancée, Helen Brignac.
