Broussard - Charles Jerome Ashley, Jr., 50, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at his residence. Charles was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed barbecuing for his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Beverly Petrere of Baton Rouge; and four brothers, Kenneth Ashley of Youngsville, Donald E. Ashley of Cecilia, Louis W. Ashley of Breaux Bridge, and Stephen Q. Ashley of Lafayette. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Jerome Ashley, Sr. Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
