Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge in Breaux Bridge for Christine Mary Laneaux, 57, who passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Lafayette General Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Tuesday and continue on Wednesday at 7:00 am until 1:00 pm. Pastor Rob Burdeaux will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Christine loved singing karaoke, shopping, caring for her rose bushes, painting ceramics, cooking and baking, and spending time with her family and friends. She also loved her little Yorkie, Duke. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Paul Laneaux; sons, Joshua Guidroz, Larry Guidroz, Jr., Ryan Laneaux, and Shawn Laneaux, all of Breaux Bridge; daughter, Nicole Guidroz of Breaux Bridge; step-daughter, Dodie Laneaux of Pierre Part; brothers, Ralph Patin of Rhode Island, Alson Patin of De Ridder, and Percy Patin and wife Lisa of Henderson; and 14 grandchildren, Tamyra Guidroz, Tyra Guidroz, Zechariah Guidroz, Zariah Gathe, Joseph Guidroz, Joshua Guidroz, Jr., Trinity Guidroz, Tori Guidroz, Clayton Guidroz, Alex Guidroz, Layla Guidroz, Kamon Guidroz, Sidney Laneaux, and Alexis Theriot. She was preceded in death by her son, Dusty Guidroz; parents, Lennet and Antoinette Latiolais Patin; and brother, Clayton Patin Pallbearers will be Ryan Laneaux, Shawn Laneaux, Joshua Guidroz, Sr., Joshua Guidroz, Jr., Brandon Laneaux, Luke Castille, and Brandon Babin.
