Clara Brown Dewitt

Breaux Bridge - Clara Brown Dewitt, 83, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2013. Mrs. Dewitt enjoyed going fishing and crabbing and playing Bingo. Her family would like to thank St. Martin Hospital and Southern Care Hospice for the wonderful care and compassion they provided her during her life. She is survived by her niece, Brenda Duke. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Dewitt, Jr.; her parents, Fred and Justine Thibodeaux Brown; five brothers, Joseph, Edward, Alvin, John, and Henry Brown; and four sisters, Mrs. William Howard, Mable Zeringue, Julie Neeley, Mercedes Sensebe.
