New Iberia -Clyde Byron Anderson, 64, of New Iberia, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2013 in New Iberia. Memorial services will be held at a later date at his brothers home in Center, Texas. Born on November 18, 1948 in Pasadena, Texas, Clyde proudly served our country in the U.S. Army, during the Vietnam War. He worked as a general contractor, taking great pride in his work, and holds a patent with the U.S. Patent Office. Survivors include his wife, Lisa Collins Anderson of New Iberia; son, Craig Anderson and wife Tracey of Kemah, Texas; daughter, Jana Anderson Hobbs and husband JR of Baytown; step daughter, Cammie-Jo E. Touchet of Broussard; brother, Jim Anderson and wife Sandy of Center, Texas; 4 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Byron Anderson, Jr., and Lois Edwards Anderson.
