Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Teche Baptist Church for Cynthia Ann Bonin, 71, who passed away on April 4, 2023 at Heart Hospital of Lafayette.
 
 A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge on Monday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will continue on Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 12:20 PM. 
 
Brother Reggie Williams will officiate at the funeral service. 
 
Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery #2. 

Cynthia enjoyed playing cards, cooking and zydeco music.  She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who loved spending time with her family.
 
She is survived by her children, Laurie (Lambert) Laneaux, Melissa Champagne, Angela Robin, Jeremy Paul Robin and Dexter Anthony Guidry; sister-in-law, Shirley Ann Bonin; grandchildren, Brooklyn Benoit, Alexis Benoit, Courtney (Thea Garcia) Robin, Corey (Kimberly Michelle) Laneaux, Hunter (Michelle) Rogers, Katilyn (Jay Joseph) Rogers and Sonny Laneaux; 9 great grandchilden and one due soon.  
 
She is preceded in death by her father, Desire Bonin, Sr.; mother, Rita Bonin; brother, Desire "Sonny" Bonin, Jr.; sisters Kathleen Hamlett and April Vincent. 
 
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Robin, Dexter Anthony Guidry, Corey Laneaux, Hunter Roger,  Sonny Laneaux and Lamert Laneaux. 
 
Honorary pallbearers will be Clint Thibodeaux, Stetsyn Benoit, Lawson Thibodeaux, Maddix Courville, James Joseph, Brantley Laneaux, Ryan Drake and Brad Bonin.
