Dalphey "DJ" Arnaud, Jr. Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 8, 2017, at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge for Dalphey "DJ" Arnaud, Jr., 63, who passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at his home. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9:00 am until funeral service at 1:00 pm. A rosary will be prayed at 12:30 pm on Saturday. Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert will officiate at the Funeral Service. A private interment will follow at a later date. Dalphey, better known as DJ was born in Arnaudville to the late Dalphey, Sr. and Vesta Lormand Arnaud. He was a great father, grandfather, friend, and brother. DJ was a hard worker and took pride in owning his business, DJ's Dry Wall. He was known for his sense of humor and his kind heart. DJ had a unique way of teaching his two daughters how to drive, to say the least. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his daughters, Shana Smilie and husband John and Harley Arnaud and husband Skylor; grandchildren, Hunter Gillette and Reagan Cole; great grandchildren, Savannah, Brooklyn, and Dakota Bowers; brothers, Mike Arnaud and Chet Robin; and sister, Barbara Huval and husband Charles. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dalphey, Sr. and Vesta Lormand Arnaud; granddaughter, Kandace Smith; brothers, Mervin and Harry Robin; and sister, Loretta Robin.
