Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, on Thursday, February 14, 2013, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Danny James Boudreaux, 45, who passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm on Wednesday and continue at 8:00 am until 10:30 am on Thursday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Wednesday. Rev. Paul LaFleur will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be Cammie Poirier and Angela Degeyter. Gift Bearers will be Sumer Poirier and Cheryl D'Albor. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Mausoleum - No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Danny was employed by Dove Environmental. He loved building Hot Rods, crawfishing, playing in the mud, drinking beer and cooking. He enjoyed going on vacation and spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter, Emily. He loved his dog, Blackie. He is survived by his father, Darrell Joseph Boudreaux, Sr.; his mother, Linda Marie Castille Boudreaux; his son, Brent Boudreaux; his daughter, Siera Boudreaux; his brother, Joey Boudreaux and his wife, Myra; his sister, Cheryl D'Albor and her husband, Troy; his granddaughter, Emily Boudreaux; his nephews, Ty Boudreaux, Scotty Boudreaux, Tanner Boudreaux, Tad Boudreaux, and Bryce D'Albor; and his niece, Heidi D'Albor. He is preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Marie Escagne Boudreaux; his maternal grandparents, Elie and Electa Castille; and his paternal grandparents, Wilbert and Edith Boudreaux. Pallbearers will be Joey Boudreaux, Ty Boudreaux, Tanner Boudreaux, Dwight Cormier, Joey Austin, and Gary Boudreaux. Honorary pallbearers will be Scotty Boudreaux and Tad Boudreaux.
