Darven Dale Boudreaux

Cecilia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 PM, Friday, March 10, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia for Darven Boudreaux, 56, who passed away Sunday, March 5, 2023, at his residence.
 
A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Cecilia on Thursday from 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM and will continue on Friday, from 7:00 am to 11:30 am.
 
A rosary will be prayed at 6:00 PM on Thursday.
 
Rev. Greg Cormier will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Henderson.
 
Darven loved hunting, fishing, and cleaning and repairing guns. He was known to many as a war buff - he loved history and was very knowledgeable.  He could remember dates and events better than most people. 
 
He is survived by his mother, Judy Noel; father, Sherman Boudreaux; son, Zack Thomas Huval; brothers, Todd (Gabrielle) Noel and Ross Noel; and his sisters, Melissa (Ricky) Breaux, Kim Taylor, and Lacey (Richard) McCarthy.
 
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Floyd and Hazel LeBlanc; paternal grandparents, Noah and Yolande Boudreaux; and his step-father, Ronald Noel.
 
Pallbearers will be Ayden Taylor, Ian Taylor, Seth Breaux, Jacob Breaux, Noah Taylor, and Zack Huval.
 
Honorary pallbearers will be Ross Noel and Ricky Breaux.
