Deacon Percy Delahoussaye

Cecilia - Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, in Cecilia for Deacon Percy Delahoussaye, 26, who died on Sunday, June 10, 2007. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Survivors include his mother, Sheron Savoy Delahoussaye, of Cecilia; his sister, Vinnie Poirier, of Arnaudville; his maternal grandmother, Pauline Savoy, of Cecilia; his godchild, Janae Poirier; and his nephew, Cade Poirier, both of Arnaudville. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Delahoussaye, Jr.; his maternal grandfather, Percy Savoy; and his paternal grandparents, Geneva and Henry Delahoussaye, Sr. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday and continue until time of service. Pallbearers will be Tony Hebert, Shannon Poirier, Brian Delahoussaye, Logan Delahoussaye, Bill Savoy, and Boyd Savoy. Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia is in charge of arrangements.
