Deanna Robin Hebert

Cecilia- Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia for Deanna Robin Hebert, 67, who died on Saturday, March 22, 2008 at her residence. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia. Fr. Brian Taylor will officiate at the funeral Mass. Readers will be Dannah Blanchard, Remie Cormier, and Caitlyn Hebert. Gift bearers will be Cabe Duplechien, and Luke Boyer. Mrs. Hebert enjoyed playing bingo, watching television, and baking cakes; her favorites were "Apple" & "Honey Bun". She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and also enjoyed the company of her dog, "Peppy." Survivors include one son, Charles "Chuck" Hebert, Jr. and his wife, Rene, of Cecilia; two daughters, Carla H. Boyer and her husband, Lionel, Jr., of Breaux Bridge, and Ann-Margaret Duplechien and her companion, Tony Barron, of Cecilia; one brother, Paul Robin, Jr., of Arnaudville; one sister, Cynthia R. Taylor, of Arnaudville; eight grandchildren, Dustin Blanchard, Dannah Blanchard, Luke Boyer, Logan Duplechien, Orry Duplechien, Cabe Duplechien, Skyler Hebert, and Caitlyn Hebert; and one great grandchild, Ella Grace Richard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hebert, Sr.; her parents, Paul M. Robin, Sr. and Alida Landry Robin; an infant sister, Barbara Robin; her in-laws, Alphen and Gertrude Hebert; and a grandson, Jade Charles Hebert The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Tuesday and continue at 7 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Pallbearers will be Dustin Blanchard, Logan Duplechien, Dannah Blanchard, Skyler Hebert, Orry Duplechien, Chuck Hebert, and Jason Meche. Honorary pallbearers will be Cabe Duplechien, Luke Boyer, Paul Robin, Jr., and John Ray Taylor. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff on 4 East at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, Hospice of Acadiana, Carolyn Fruge and Mary Picard.
