Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 2, 2005, at St. Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Della Chautin Richard, 75, who died Sunday, July31, 2005 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. Entombment will be in St. Francis Regis Mausoleum in Arnaudville. The readers will be Charlene Fontenot and Allie Richard and the gift bearers will be Lindsey P. Frug? and Desir?e Frug?. Mrs. Richard was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and was a volunteer for St. Theresa's. Survivors include her husband of fifty-eight years, Antoine Richard of Arnaudville; her sons, Mark Richard and his wife, Lisa of Arnaudville and John F. Richard and his wife, Michelle of Youngsville; her daughters, Rose Stelly and her husband, John of Arnaudville, Phyllis Cantrell and her husband, Chuck of Arnaudville, and Emma Jean Frug? and her husband, Harry of Hessmer; her brother, Robert Chautin of Arnaudville; her sisters, Thelma Devillier of Opelousas and Sadie Taylor of Arnaudville; fourteen grandchildren, April Verret, Alfred Stelly, Marsha Thibodeaux, Wendi Homan, Charlie Cantrell, Desir?e Frug?, Aaron Frug?, Lindsey Frug?, Jade Richard, Allie Richard, Bailey Richard, McKenzie Richard, Jake Richard and Mayah Richard; and six great grandchildren, Addison Thibodeaux, Hunter Thibodeaux, Noah Verrette, Charlie Thomas Cantrell, Ella Cantrell, and Evan John Stelly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonce and Emma Guidroz Chautin; and her brother, Ervin Chautin. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 3 PM ~ 10 PM on Monday and continue at 7 AM on Tuesday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7 PM on Monday. Pallbearers will be Aaron Frug?, Alfred Stelly, Bailey Richard, Charlie Cantrell, Brent Thibodeaux, and Michael Homan. Honorary pallbearers will be Frankie Richard and John Dale Chautin. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
